Training and placement (T&P) for graduating students of KJSIEIT plays a very vital role in the completion of the Graduation process. To provide appropriate career opportunities, the T&P cell continuously interacts with the industries and training organizations.  It handles all aspects of campus placements and has adequate arrangements for training the students, organising pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions and interviews. 

The recruiting organizations look for the qualities like sound engineering fundamentals, sharp analytical skills, drive, flexibility and adaptability to changing and competitive business environment in our students. We are proud to state that our institute strongly believes in providing the students the academic rigor with a properly planned curriculum and an all round development, so that the institute can become choice of domestic and international recruiters. The same has been reflected in the very first year placements.
